PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
- Completed Credit Application Form
- Full name and address inc. postcode – how long at address
- Previous address if they have been at current for less than three years
- Full employment details – how long with current employer
- Previous employment if less than 3 years
- Full bank details (some underwriters will request this information)
- Proof of address being either Gas, Electricity or Driving Licence
- Proof of income being either 2 recent payslips or 3 month consecutive bank statements or a letter
from your employer confirming you are receiving a car allowance.
NEW START BUSINESSES
- Completed Credit Application Form
- Business plan including opening balance sheet, cash flow forecast, details of funding, company
background, director CVs.
- Latest management accounts or 6 months bank statements for the first period of trading
- Full name, dates of birth and address details for all directors/partners/sole trader
- If the company previously traded as a non Ltd business please provide last set of non Ltd accounts,
and length of trading of non Ltd business. We will also require a letter confirming that all assets and liabilities
of the non Ltd business have been transferred to the new Limited business.
Private Individual - Adverse Credit
- Completed Credit Application Form
- Full name and address inc. postcode – how long at address
- Previous address if they have been at current for less than three years
Full employment details – how long with current employer
